What should I bring?
A Laptop (macOS/Windows) with charger + a Claude Pro ($20/month) or Max ($100/month) subscription set up before the event + Claude Desktop App downloaded.
Pro or Max — which is recommended?
Max ($100) is recommended. Cowork uses a lot of tokens, so with Pro you might hit your quota before the day ends.
Is it safe to bring real company data to the workshop?
Yes. Claude Cowork processes everything on your machine and does not upload files to the cloud. Sample data is also available if you prefer not to use real data.
Where should I park?
You can park at the Terminal 21 Rama 3 parking lot — plenty of spaces available, no need to worry.
